This Legal Notice identifies the provider of the PawMoving service, as required by the EU Directive on electronic commerce (2000/31/EC) and its Estonian implementation, and by applicable consumer and data protection law.

Athanix OÜ is the entity you contract with when you use PawMoving, the controller of the account data we hold about you, and the provider responsible for the Service.

VAT

Athanix OÜ is not currently subject to VAT collection.

Consumer dispute resolution

Where you use the Service as a consumer, you may be able to bring a dispute before an out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution body in your country of residence. We do not currently commit to a specific alternative dispute-resolution scheme; please raise any consumer concern with us first at legal@pawmoving.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
